The Design + Build Process Step 3: Collaboration
Our one-of-a-kind design + build process allows for a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients from start to finish. From the initial consultation through project completion, customers know exactly what to expect, and we work hard to save time and money without sacrificing quality.
Step one in the process is the initial consultation, followed by conceptualization. Once the design has been fully conceptualized, including space planning and design selections, it’s time to put everything together into one cohesive plan.
During step three, the collaboration step, the ABD team fully collaborates to integrate all of the design and construction aspects into one comprehensive proposal. The project consultant will combine all aspects of the project, including pricing all products, materials and labor needed to make the project happen. The result is an accurate to the dollar cost and detailed scope of work presented in a construction contract that details all of the elements of the project, as well as the project schedule and terms, into one fixed price.
